Brandon Katagi from Cerritos Baptist Church was our guest speaker today. Speaking from Matthew 1:18-25, Brandon focused on how God is with us and prepared us for the upcoming new year. He had us reflect on how God was with us in the Old Testament and contrasted it with how God is with us in the New Testament. Brandon challenged us to seek Him more this coming year.

Pastor Kim Kira from Lighthouse Community Church challenged us to evangelize boldly this Christmas season. He referenced Luke 2: 10-11 and pointed out that 1) more than anything else, people are in need of a Savior 2) it’s not enough for people to know that Christ was born - they need to know He died and 3) You are pursuing people’s greatest good and greatest joy.
